Returns and exchanges

Please ensure you have read the following before placing an order:

  • All items are thoroughly checked and packaged carefully before being sent out. However, in the likelihood of a damaged or faulty item being received, please aim to contact us immediately.
  • We provide a 14-day refund or exchange policy on clothing. (The 14 days will start from the day you receive your parcel and NOT from the date of order).
  • We provide a 7-day exchange policy on accessories (hair accessories or dummy clips) ONLY if the item is faulty/damaged or not as described. (The 7 days will start from the day you receive your parcel and NOT from the date of order).
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on accessories (hair clips/dummy clips).
  • We cannot provide an exchange or refund on personalised items (unless faulty or damaged) as these items are created especially for the customer and cannot be resold.
  • Please note, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the items must be in an unused and unworn condition. All tags must remain intact and the items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • You will need to fill in the ‘Contact Us’ page stating that you would like to refund/exchange an item so that we can provide the return details.
  • The customer will pay the returns postage and postage & packing costs of unwanted items cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for any items returned to us until we receive them.
